Harumi Tsuchimikado (土御門 晴海 Tsuchimikado Harumi?) was the former head of Tsuchimikado House, the former head exorcist and father of Arima Tsuchimikado.
Background
The Tsuchimikado House was formly only a distinguished house of the exorcists. But from him, the head exorcist became of his house. [1]
When Arata Inanaki was 14, Harumi brought him and Arima to the Mainland.[2]
